Mr. Stevens started in the aviation industry in his early teens when he started washing aircraft at the local flight school. He quickly moved to a line position fueling and servicing the aircraft. All of this was a trade for flight lessons. Mr. Stevens promptly soloed at the age of 16 and earned his private pilot license at the age of 17. Early in his career Mr. Stevens started working along side the seasoned A&P mechanics, learning the skills of the trade. At the age of 18 Mr. Stevens earned his A&P and three years later his IA. Throughout his aviation career, Mr. Stevens has served as the Director of Maintenance for several Part 135 carriers. Mr. Stevens has also served as a Team Lead for an elite corporate manufacturer, Mr. Stevens’ highly trained and qualified team primarily provided prompt AOG support to many of the nations most prominent corporate jet owners.
Throughout his twenty years of aviation experience Mr. Stevens noted one constant, that our industry experiences continuous integration and regulation by federal and state entities alike. While Mr. Stevens was able to maintain an exemplary and violation-free career, he also saw that many airmen and other certified entities were severely reprimanded for even minor infractions. After witnessing this integration of regulation into the careers and livelihood of many airmen, Mr. Stevens determined to seek a path to assist his fellow airmen and entities to control their liability, comply with regulation, and when necessary defend themselves with the Administration and Court.
